Upon confirmation of accommodation, a one-time payment of the full accommodation fee is required, covering the period from 1st September 2025 to 30th June 2026 (10 months).

Points to noted
1. Please ensure all required information is provided on the application form. Inadequate information may result in processing delays or your application not being considered.
2. Each applicant must submit their accommodation application for the Academic Year 2025/26 using a valid student status and student ID number.
3. Each student should submit only one application via the online platform.
4. Due to limited availability at the VTC Halls of Residence, dormitory spaces will be allocated through a lottery draw system based on demand.
5. The accommodation period is from 1st September 2025 to 30th June 2026 (a total of 10 months).
6. The accommodation fee must be paid in full by the stated payment schedule and is non-refundable. No refund of accommodation fee will be issued for late check-in or early withdrawal.
7. Residence period for WMG and SHAPE students will align with the study period of their respective programmes. Please approach WMG Office and SHAPE Office for detailed arrangements.
8. If an applicant is progressing to a new programme for AY2025/26 (for example, from a VTC programme of DVE/DFS/HD to HD/Degree), he/she can only apply for accommodation using the latest assigned student ID number.
9. During the accommodation period, if a resident has completed their programme (graduated) or withdrawn, suspended, terminated his/her studies for any reason, had changes in his/her student status, or is no longer a student of VTC, their accommodation will be terminated, and he/she will be required to check out. The resident is responsible for notifying the Hall Management Office to arrange for check-out and any accommodation fees already paid will not be refunded.
10. The Hall Management Office reserves the right to make the final decision regarding room allocations.
