The VTC Halls of Residence (Tsing Yi) is located next to the IVE (Tsing Yi),  the THEi (Tsing Yi) and the Hong Kong Institute of Information Technology, with 12 floors. Full-time and part-time students pursuing Master's degree, Bachelor's degree, Higher Diploma, and Foundation Diploma programmes are welcome to apply for residence. Through hall life, you can experience group living and learn independence. Meeting new friends from different disciplines and countries, you can establish interpersonal networks and expand your cross-cultural horizons. Residents can participate in various activities held by the hall , which enriches the campus life experience and promotes the whole person development.
