Summer Extended Stay Period:

Period: a total of 1 month, from 30 June 2026 to 31 July 2026 

 

Eligibility:

This application is only applicable to current residents for the Academic Year 2025/26. If the number of applicants exceeds the available accommodation spaces, the allocation of places will be determined through a lottery draw.

 

To accommodate the annual maintenance schedule, applicants may be reassigned to new rooms. Residents must complete the room reassignment by the specified date.

 

Application Schedule:

Current residents can pay the full summer extension accommodation fee according to the email instructions before the deadline, without the need for additional applications.
